Park Avenue Extended Care is seeking a dedicated and organized Staffing Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Nassau County, NY . If you’re passionate about delivering high-quality care and thrive in managing staffing schedules and payroll logistics, this opportunity is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and manage staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage Review weekly punch detail reports for accuracy and determine bonus eligibility Calculate certified hours for the nursing department Maintain accurate attendance records and manage payroll adjustments Keep an updated list of clinical staff contact information Follow up with newly hired CNAs and nurses to ensure checklist completion Support the Staffing Manager, Director of Nursing, and Administrator with additional tasks as needed

What You Bring:

Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Staffing Coordinator in a nursing or healthcare facility Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
