The KKR Capstone team is comprised of former operators and management consultants who work closely with KKR investment teams and portfolio‑company management to drive value creation.

POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a high‑performing Analyst to join KKR’s Human Capital Center in York. The Analyst role is a 2-year program, and this individual will help build and scale high‑impact human‑capital initiatives across our portfolio. The role blends strategic thinking with hands‑on execution, partnering with KKR executives, portfolio‑company leaders, and cross‑functional teams to foster ownership cultures that drive employee engagement and business value.
CRITICAL COMPETENCIES FOR SUCCESS
Data‑driven focus and follow‑up on engagement and human‑capital priorities, with clear reporting to Ownership Works, KKR leadership, LPs, and other stakeholders.
Scalable content (such as slide decks, toolkits, and training materials) that supports communication, education, and capability building at portfolio companies.
Insightful, data-driven ad‑hoc analyses that inform decisions on employee engagement, financial resilience, well‑being, and benefits.
Flawless execution of human‑capital initiatives in partnership with HCC leadership and portfolio‑company leaders.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with portfolio‑company leaders to implement key initiatives (prepare materials, share best practices, tailor presentations).
Support ownership‑program rollouts (track deliverables, onboard executives, serve as a creative thought partner to portfolio company executives).
Analyze data (survey benchmarks, industry reviews, scorecards, diligence living‑wage analyses).
Manage HCC data quality (systematically review gaps, follow up with companies or deal teams).
Create and manage content (tailor ownership trainings, compile best practices, update portfolio company resource portal, experiment with new technology).
Conduct research and analysis on strategic topics (retirement programs, safety performance, financial‑resilience adoption, medical‑benefits optimization).
Explore technology (e.g., GPT, predictive analytics) to uncover engagement signals and scalable interventions.
QUALIFICATIONS
Commercial mindset coupled with a mission orientation and enthusiasm for creating opportunity for employees.
Proactive, strategic thinker with advanced quantitative‑analysis skills (Excel; Power BI or similar).
Strong communication skills and the ability to partner with executives and investment professionals at all levels.
Curiosity, adaptability, and a learning orientation in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment.
Excellent project‑management skills; able to juggle multiple engagements, take initiative, resolve issues, and deliver results.
Unquestioned integrity, strong work ethic, and commitment to KKR’s core values.
1-3 years in management consulting, investment operations, or industry (business operations, strategy, human capital analytics, L&D, data analytics).
People analytics, human‑capital strategy, or L&D experience is a plus.

This is the expected annual base salary range for this York-based position. Actual salaries may vary based on factors, such as skill, experience, and qualification for the role. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, based on factors such as individual and team performance.
Base Salary Range
$110,000 – $130,000 USD
