Human Resource Generalist Nicolle Toro Staffing Solutions New York, NY 10040 Overview Seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Human Resources Generalist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions and supporting the organization’s strategic goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a keen understanding of HR practices, experience in a law firm, experience handling payroll, and will report to HR Director and HR Executives. Responsibilities Conduct interviews and assist in the recruitment process to attract top talent. Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance. Utilize HR software systems Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Address employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and benefits. Assist with all administrative tasks assigned by HR Management. Qualifications Proven experience 3-5 years as an HR Generalist or similar role. Strong interviewing skills with the ability to assess candidate qualifications effectively. Experience in training development and implementation. Familiarity with affirmative action planning practices is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships across all levels of the organization. Experience working in a law firm.

$90,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
