What’s the role?
As the Regional Inclusion Lead, you’ll be the driving force behind transforming global inclusion ambitions into impactful, on-the-ground action. You’ll serve as the region’s chief inclusion strategist, translating enterprise-wide goals into localized initiatives that reflect cultural nuance and business context making inclusion real and tangible in every market you support.
You’ll work in lockstep with HR and business leaders, embedding inclusive thinking into the fabric of programs, policies, and processes from the very start. Whether it’s influencing talent strategies or shaping cultural transformation.
Collaboration is at the heart of what you do. You’ll mobilize Regional Councils, Office Committees, and external partners, co-creating campaigns and initiatives that resonate deeply with employees. Your leadership will ensure that every colleague, regardless of background, experiences the organization as a place w they are empowered to contribute, grow, and thrive.
We’ll trust you to:
Act as a trusted strategic advisor, harnessing regional insights to shape and elevate inclusive employee experiences across the organization.
Deliver bold thought leadership and high-impact coaching, providing consultative support that empowers internal stakeholders to champion equity and inclusion.
Collaborate across HR and cross-functional teams including Office Committees, Task-forces, and Corporate Philanthropy, to co-create and launch innovative, people-first inclusion strategies.
Drive alignment with Bloomberg’s broader Inclusion and internal engagement efforts, ensuring impactful execution across internal and external platforms.
Tailor global inclusion strategies for local relevance, leading seamless implementation that resonates within regional contexts.
Equip leaders with best practices and practical tools, building inclusive capabilities and strengthening cultural competence throughout the region.
Partner closely with stakeholders to ensure regulatory alignment, proactively adapting to evolving local compliance and government led inclusion initiatives.
Lead with insight on emerging trends and policy shifts, translating legislative developments into actionable strategies that future proof inclusion efforts.
Nurture strong external partnerships and client relationships, amplifying the organization’s inclusion footprint and impact.
You’ll need to have:
7+ years of hands-on experience driving diversity and inclusion initiatives, blending strategic vision with operational know how to deliver measurable impact in partnership with the business.
A proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to independently lead projects, think critically, and provide high-value support to internal clients with agility and confidence.
Proven success in designing and executing inclusive programs that move the needle whether through campaigns, training, policy evolution, or culture-building initiatives.
Top-tier communication and storytelling skills you’re adept at tailoring your message for influence, whether in presentations, 1:1 conversations, or written strategy briefs.
Adept at interpreting numerical data and translating findings into meaningful, measurable inclusion focused strategies.
Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite especially PowerPoint for impactful storytelling, Excel for data analysis, and Word for crafting polished documentation.
A track record of navigating complexity and building trust across all levels of the organization, from senior leaders to cross-functional partners.
We’d love to see:
Experience as an Inclusion Partner within a corporate environment, especially if you’ve worked closely with Legal or HR teams to embed inclusive practices into governance, policy, or employee life-cycle processes.
Salary Range = 150000 – 185000 USD Annually + Benefits + Bonus
The referenced salary range is based on the Company’s good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level.
