We’re looking for a Talent Onboarding Manager to lead the delivery and ongoing development of our flagship OJ Accelerator Program – a 13-week onboarding and training program, built around our award winning “OJ Way” recruiter training, designed to equip early career Analysts with the technical skills and behavioral competencies to become the next generation of top billers and leaders here at Oliver James NYC.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Leadership & Delivery
Oversee the end-to-end onboarding journey for Analysts enrolled in the OJ Accelerator program
Facilitate structured group training sessions in line with the Accelerator curriculum
Conduct daily huddles, sales floor support, and one-to-one coaching to drive Analyst development
Provide real-time and scheduled performance reviews, coaching, and feedback
Performance Management & Reporting
Track, analyze and report on weekly and cumulative performance data across individuals and cohorts
Ensure consistent alignment between Analyst performance and KPI benchmarks
Present regular updates and insights to senior stakeholders
Stakeholder Coordination & Program Operations
Partner with hiring managers and internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding coordination
Manage shared calendars, documentation, and resources related to the Accelerator program
Coordinate key program milestones including shadowing, buddy schemes, and graduation events
Maintain high-quality training content and continuously enhance the onboarding experience
People Experience & Engagement
Create a structured and welcoming environment for new joiners, from IT setup to day-one logistics
Coordinate feedback loops between Analysts, their managers, and the Talent team
Positively market the Accelerator internally and externally as a benchmark for onboarding excellence
Support new graduates post-program through ongoing check-ins and performance tracking

What We’re Looking For:

Proven recruitment experience, ideally within a professional services or high-performance environment
Experience managing, mentoring, or coaching junior consultants or new hires
A genuine interest in training, coaching, and developing others – you’re energized by seeing people grow
Strong commercial awareness and comfort working with performance metrics and data
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple moving parts simultaneously
Confident communicator with the presence to engage at all levels – from new Analysts to senior leadership
