Middletown, NY, 10940 Job Overview – We are seeking a Bilingually Fluent HR Support & Admin to join our Manufacturing HR Team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions, ensuring compliance with labor laws, working with employees, performing systematic administration duties, and supporting the overall employee experience. We’re open to HR experienced and non-HR related experienced candidates with a Bilingually Fluent candidate in possession of the skillsets that will allow them to adapt, grow, and maximize the potential in this HIGH growth opportunity. Responsibilities – Communicate regularly with union and non-union employees to solve various problems. Perform data entry and admin functions via Excel & Kronos. Provide support for employee relations issues, addressing concerns promptly and effectively. Assist in training initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge across departments. Contribute to the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination using internal tools. Administer employee evaluation processes to ensure performance standards are met and provide feedback for development. Oversee human resources information systems (HRIS) such as Kronos to maintain accurate employee records. Cobtribute towards handling workers’ compensation claims, LOA, FMLA, etc., and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Collaborate with management to maintain HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Skills Bilingual Fluency in English & Spanish is_
REQUIRED.
_ Advanced Proficency in Excel (Pivot Tables, etc). Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on interpersonal relations. Experience supporting lifecycle functions of employees. Knowledge of workers’ compensation regulations, disability, LOA/FMLA is a PLUS – But not Required. KRONOS Expereince is a PLUS , but not
REQUIRED
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams while maintaining confidentiality. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
