Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented LHCSA Staffing Coordinator to join our team. The Staffing Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring our clients receive the highest quality care by effectively managing and coordinating caregiver schedules.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage schedules for home care aides and caregivers to ensure proper coverage for client needs. Respond promptly to client requests and ensure appropriate caregiver assignments based on client preferences and needs. Collaborate with the HR and Intake teams to onboard new caregivers and ensure compliance with all licensing and certification requirements. Address scheduling conflicts and handle emergency staffing needs effectively. Communicate effectively with caregivers, clients, and other team members to ensure smooth coordination and exceptional service delivery. Collaborate with management to optimize scheduling processes and improve overall efficiency. Participate in rotation of evening and weekend on-call
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in healthcare administration, human resources, or a related field preferred but not required. Previous experience in a staffing or scheduling role within a healthcare setting, preferably in home care or a LHCSA a plus Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with HHAexchange preferred Proficiency in MS Office suite. Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities. Knowledge of LHCSA regulations and compliance is a plus.
