Responsibilities:

Support HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and staff support Serve as the main point of contact for Spanish-speaking employees, helping ensure clear communication and support Maintain accurate employee records and assist with HR compliance Respond to employee questions and concerns with professionalism and care Work with the HR team to maintain a positive and inclusive work environment

Qualifications:

Fluent in Spanish (spoken and written) Prior experience in HR or administrative support (preferred) Strong communication and people skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
