Seeking Part-Time Weekend Staffing Coordinators Schedule:

Saturdays & Sundays, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Blossom Home Care is looking for dedicated and detail-oriented Staffing Coordinators to join our team on weekends. This role is essential in ensuring seamless operations, maintaining caregiver coverage, and supporting both clients and staff.

Responsibilities:

Monitor and manage time & attendance of caregivers Address and respond to on-call messages promptly Ensure open cases are re-staffed efficiently Handle and document messages for the next business day appropriately Follow and enforce agency policies and procedures Maintain client satisfaction through effective communication and smooth workflow coordination Assist with emergency staffing and last-minute schedule adjustments Communicate effectively with caregivers, clients, and internal staff to resolve concerns Maintain accurate records of staffing changes and issues

Requirements:

Bilingual (English & Spanish) – Required Ability to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism and efficiency Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Experience in home care, healthcare, or staffing coordination is a plus Proficient in Microsoft Office and scheduling software Excellent customer service and communication skills If you are a proactive and reliable professional looking to contribute to a growing home care agency, we would love to hear from you!
