Human Resources Coordinator Key Responsibilities:
Oversee dailyHR operations, including employee relations, morale initiatives,disciplinary actions, payroll updates, and terminations Managebenefits administration, I-9 verification, workers’ compensation,and FMLA coordination Ensure compliance with Department of Healthregulations Support recruitment efforts by identifying staffingneeds, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and conductinginterviews
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year HR experience, preferablyin healthcare or skilled nursing Familiarity with unionenvironments is a plus Excellent verbal and written communicationskills Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle sensitivematters with professionalism
