HR Representative 3.6 3.6 out of 5 stars Monsey, NY 10952 Community Home Healthcare is seeking a detail-oriented bilingual HR Representative to join our team. You’ll be responsible for ensuring agency compliance with all aspects and levels of Federal, State and local laws, regulations and standards. Must be able to provide excellent customer service to all PCA and HHA employees on all HR related aspects.

Job Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance for caregivers by keeping to the set forth process Handles incoming requests from any active PCA and HHA caregivers Processes resignations from caregivers Attends regular office meetings Assists with other agency job functions due to absence or agency overflow What we offer:

Required Qualifications:

Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe, Outlook) Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills Ability to meet tight deadlines, solve practical problems, work in a fast-paced environment, and adapt to changes Goal and detail-oriented Experience with HR or compliance is highly preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
