Human Resources Coordinator ResponsibilitiesInclude:

The primary goal of our Human Resources Coordinators is toprovide administrative and technical support to the Center’s HumanResources department. li Performs all aspects of administrativesupport for recruiting. This includes posting vacant positions,searching for qualified candidates and assisting, reviewsapplicants to ensure they meet minimum requirements and havenecessary qualifications. li Conducts necessary background checksand pre-employment screening for new hires. li Prepares andprocesses all new hire paperwork and on-boarding. li Maintainsemployment files. li Assists department managers with developingstaff training and orientation programs. li Assists staff withbenefits enrollment. This includes distributing information onbenefit programs (health, dental, life, disability, 401k, etc.) toemployees. li Works in partnership with staff from all Departmentsto ensure effective supervision and services are provided tostudents.

Qualifications Human Resources Coordinator QualificationsInclude:

High School Diploma or equivalent required. Advanceddegrees preferred. A minimum of two years human resourcesexperience required.
