As a NYS-approved Early Intervention and Preschool Special Education provider, we offer dynamic integrated and self-contained preschool classes. Our nurturing haven sparks each child’s potential, fueled by unwavering dedication to their unique needs and soaring standards. We are currently seeking a full-time Human Resources Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations and ensure the effective delivery of HR services. This role will serve as a key point of contact for employees and management regarding HR policies, procedures, programs, leave management and training. You will also be responsible for Payroll Processing, assisting in Recruiting, Onboarding and clerical functions within the HR Department. This role is in 2 locations—primarily East Setauket and 1-2 days in Dix Hills.

We require:

Associate’s degree; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum 3 + years progressive experience in all facets of Human Resources. Experience working for a non-profit organization in a school setting strongly preferred. ADP experience. Payroll Processing experience. Excellent time management, leadership, multitasking, presentation & written and verbal communication skills.

Salary:

$60
