Workforce Operations Do you have a knack for problem-solving, a love for data, and a drive to help teams work smarter? Lifetime Assistance is looking for a Workforce Operations Specialist to join our team and play a key role in making sure our workforce runs efficiently and effectively. At Lifetime Assistance, we support people with developmental disabilities to live with dignity and independence. Behind that mission is a dedicated team-and your work will help make sure that team has the right people in the right places at the right time.

What You’ll Do:

As a Workforce Operations Specialist, you’ll be the go-to person for scheduling support, workforce data, and operational insights. This is a fast-paced, highly collaborative role where no two days are the same.

Responsibilities include:

+ Monitor schedules and staffing needs across our sites to ensure adequate coverage + Analyze workforce data-track trends, flag challenges, and offer actionable insights + Support managers with staffing strategies, schedule adjustments, and policy compliance + Collaborate with finance and operations to align staffing with budgets + Train and support teams in using scheduling tools and following best practices + Provide after-hours support on a rotating on-call basis + Participate in special projects that improve systems, compliance, and service quality

What You Bring:
