Vyve serve areas of Alabama, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Georgia, Idaho, Kansas, Louisiana, Nebraska, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Washington, and Wyoming. Job Summary The Human Resources Coordinator provides daily support to the Human Resources Department by acting as the initial HR contact for employee inquiries. Responsibilities will include organizing and maintaining all department records/files with accuracy and confidentiality, and supporting day-to-day operations of the team. This will be a hybrid role based out of our headquarters in Rye Brook, NY (3x per week). Job Duties and Responsibilities Set-up, organize and maintain all personnel files, will include digitizing legacy paper files Set up all post-accident drug screens, filing claims as necessary Enter all New Hires & process changes in ADP WFN Ensure all new hire paperwork is completed in ADP WFN timely manner Coordinate with appropriate departments to create new hire accounts and shut down access on terminated employees. Pull files and research employee discrepancies when asked Support recruitment overflow Support HR Team with projects and ad hoc reporting, as needed Qualifications Minimum of 1-2 years payroll or HR experience ADP Experience with Workforce Now is preferred Proficient in full Microsoft 0365 suite Good oral and written communication skills Experience handling confidential information with discretion
