Duration:

12-month contract Job Functions & Responsibilities Provides administrative and technical support for learning activities, performance processes, and development programs.

• Manages portfolio of learning experiences (e.g., classes and simulations) including coordination, communication, registration, and post-experience evaluations.
• Participates in the creation and execution of development programs and teambuilding events.
• Reports on pre-established workforce metrics; identifies potential explanations for data trends. Builds and supports vendor relationships Skills Knowledge of HR processes (e.g., succession planning, performance management)
• Ability to work comfortably with all levels and all areas of the organization.
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Power Point. Knowledge of SAP’s SuccessFactors is preferred. Education & Certifications 4 year degree
• Masters in Industrial Organizational Psychology or related preferred
