Client Onboarding Specialist Position Available In Allegheny, Pennsylvania

Job Title:

Client Onboarding Specialist Pay Rate:

$26- $28/hour

Location:

Pittsburgh, PA Duration:

6 months (On-site) with (possible extension or Conversion)

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with onboarding and training of new partners and customers. Provide customer support by researching and resolving publisher tickets. Collaborate with internal teams and ensure timely issue resolution. Perform repetitive tasks with high attention to detail.

Required Skills:

1-2 years of experience in onboarding, training, or customer support. Basic computer skills and project coordination experience. Familiarity with G Workspace (G Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.) Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

Customer-facing experience. Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree required (any field).
