HR Representative 3.6 3.6 out of 5 stars Mechanicsburg, PA Partner and consult with people managers and employees throughout the employee lifecycle (recruitment, employee engagement, employee relations & escalations) to ensure we are creating a meaningful experience for our employees Provide department wide and local site support to reinforce our empowerment, diversity, equity, inclusion, and sense of belonging priorities including local university relations Drive our high-performance culture by partnering with managers to ensure we are assessing, performance managing, developing and recognizing talent to ensure business success and employee retention Provide ongoing coaching to support the leaders, employees, and teams to achieve personal and business goals and prepare our talent to be future ready Equip managers with appropriate tools and knowledge to effectively manage people alignment with business strategy and goals and empower our HR model Support business/cultural transformation initiatives and communications as necessary

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in business or other relevant education 5 years experience in HR Experience supporting hourly / manufacturing organization would be beneficial Ability to develop strong trusting relationships and influence and challenge others to support the team Proven ability to exercise judgment and discretion in handling confidential matters
