Bilingual HR Coordinator 2.3 2.3 out of 5 stars 610 Industrial Park Dr, Lansdowne, PA 19050 Philly’s Best Steak Company Inc. is a leading Philadelphia area meat processing facility specializing in the manufacturing of Philly style steak products. The Human Resource Coordinator will focus on the full-life cycle of recruiting and onboarding for new hires, as well as perform administrative tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations of the Human Resource department. This position will assist with a wide range of tasks and assignments including recruiting, onboarding, payroll, employee relations, and benefits administration.

$60,000

  • $65,000 per year
Schedule:

Monday

  • Friday 7:30 am
  • 4:00 pm Occasionally, additional hours may be required to complete tasks and/or projects.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

Coordinate recruitment efforts including, but not limited to

  • posting open positions via the company’s ATS (Paylocity), communicating with temp agencies, conducting screening calls, and scheduling interviews.

Refer qualified candidates to the Senior HR Generalist to create offer letters, coordinate start dates, and schedule onboarding activities. Conduct onboarding and orientation for new hires, including scheduling training sessions and orientations. Responsible for organization of HR-related documents, such as scanning, filing, and employee file auditing. Assist Sr HR Generalist with Employee Relations issues. Data entry in the company’s payroll system. Assist with employee engagement events and committees as needed. Assist with generating reporting related to recruitment, retention, and benefits enrollment. Ability to maintain confidential and private documents and information.

  • All other duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications:

Strong professional communication skills in both English and Spanish (written and verbal). Bachelor’s Degree in HR preferred, but not required. Knowledge of or education in general HR practices. Knowledgeable in recordkeeping, reporting, organization, and continuous improvement. Demonstrates a high level of ethical behavior and professionalism in exercising judgment and discretion. Must have experience using Microsoft Office suite, ATS or HRIS experience or exposure preferred. Accuracy
