Opportunity for advancement as our agency grows Make a tangible impact on employee culture and client care Be part of a collaborative, supportive HR team Full benefits package, training, and career development A workplace that values diversity, equity, and inclusion —in our team, our practices, and our decisions Recruitment & Hiring Own the full hiring cycle for school-based programs, and other positions as assigned Post jobs across platforms and maintain our applicant tracking system Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews using trauma-informed principles Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up throughout the process Check references, extend offers, and communicate clearly with all candidates Process new hire paperwork and ensure a smooth and timely and onboarding experience Attend job fairs, promote openings, and maintain a strong recruitment pipeline Employee Engagement & Experience Develop programs that support staff wellbeing, connection, and retention Manage employee recognition efforts and appreciation events Assist in facilitating and presenting new hire orientation and ensure it reflects our mission and values Promote mentorship, feedback, and supervisor-employee relationship building Coordinate employee surveys (satisfaction, exit, EEOC, pulse) and present insights to leadership Support organizational change and culture-building initiatives in line with the Sanctuary Model HR Systems & Administration Maintain employee data, reports, org charts, and other records as assigned Complete external surveys and reports as required Support compliance with HR policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines Willingness to learn all facets of HR, including compliance, regulations, benefits, salary planning, etc. You Bring A passion for helping people grow and succeed Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate sensitive situations Detail-oriented and organized, with good judgment and a collaborative mindset Experience in HR, recruiting, or employee development preferred Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced, mission-driven setting Commitment to diversity, equity, and trauma-informed care Travel required between program sites in Erie/Millcreek.
Schedule:
