Job Description
Human Resources (HR) Generalist Confidential Scranton, PA 18503 Local Healthcare Facility seeking a full time, permanent, Human Resources (HR) Generalist. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. This position requires a proactive approach to managing human resources processes and fostering a positive workplace environment. Duties Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new employees, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources for success. Assist with recruitment efforts by sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial screenings. Maintain employee records ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Address employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and procedures to promote effective communication within the organization. Assist in conflict management by mediating disputes and providing guidance on employee relations matters. Ensure compliance with regulations and other relevant labor laws to maintain a safe workplace. Collaborate with management to develop HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals. Timekeeping and attendance management to streamline payroll processes.

Skills At Minimum, a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related field. At Minimum, two (2) years experience of proven experience in HR Leadership/Coordination or related roles in the healthcare industry. Strong knowledge of employment labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
