• HR Generalist
• plays a critical role in ASC’s Human Resource Department. The candidate needs to be a versatile forward thinking HR professional that has a passion for all HR disciplines and can serve as a subject matter expert. This individual will also develop strong employee relations for the site. How You Will Help
• Provides a visible HR presence to enable / facilitate real time employee relations, engagement and solutions
• Contribute to the delivery of key HR processes (e.g. career development, performance support, employee movement, leadership coaching, union relations, benefits etc.
• Utilize HR metrics and people data to drive solutions based on trends and understand effectiveness
• Develop solutions to complex problems that require ingenuity and innovation. Ensure solutions are consistent with organization objectives
• Serve as subject matter expert on majority of HR disciplines
• a true generalist
• Provide personnel policy and procedure guidance to employees and management
• Collaborate with the human resources team to develop effective recruitment strategies and identify future staffing needs
• Process complaints regarding sexual harassment, discrimination, or other instances of workplace harassment and assist in any necessary investigations and disciplinary actions What Will You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
• 3-5 years Demonstrated knowledge of the human resources field
• Experience in a role utilizing business acumen and understanding
• 3+ years’ experience recruiting hourly roles
• Experience with

HRMS/HRIS

systems

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities
