Key Duties:
Directing talent management initiatives and recruitment endeavors. Playing a pivotal role in influential talent decisions. Handling inquiries related to HR and labor, consulting senior staff for complex scenarios. Forging strategic partnerships within operations and maintenance divisions. Applying metrics-driven strategies for operational enhancement. Serving as a primary contact for employee grievances, determining further engagement with HR leads when required. Investigating and gathering details on HR matters, collaborating with the HR Manager on deeper dives when necessary. Partnering on comprehensive research initiatives related to HR regulation and negotiations. Staying informed about laws governing NLRA, EEO, and more. Facilitating the formation of plans and negotiation strategies with labor groups. Executing additional responsibilities as tasked.
