As aBusiness Systems Analyst for our Workday & ServiceNow HR Systems,the successful candidate will help us support our global workforcein using and optimizing our systems usage. Partnering closely withHR, IT, leadership and multi-functional teams, you will support ourstrategic approach to systems used globally. This is a distributed (remote) roleand can be based anywhere within the United States Central orEastern Timezone. What You Will Be Doing The Business SystemsAnalyst will foster a customer-centric approach to deliver robusttools and scalable programs across Elastic through supporting theautomation, improvements, and updates for our HR systems.

• Research and analyze current business processes and systems toidentify areas for improvement and assess software needs
• Developfunctional requirements and design solutions to improve efficiencyand effectiveness through partnership with our HRIS team
• Coordinate the testing and implementation of technology solutions
• Build and deliver user training and support for new softwarefunctionality
• Develop, monitor, and handle project resources toensure successful project implementation
• Collaborate with HRSystems Analysts to implement and update Workday and ServiceNowsoftware System Maintenance & Optimization
• Ensure Internalcustomers are advised of system changes, improvements, and newfunctionality.
• Drive and suggest projects that enhance andoptimize the use of Workday and ServiceNow at Elastic.
• Uphold andchampion data architecture and governance models to guarantee dataintegrity.
• Partner with internal customers to fully understandand own the business problems they are solving, and then translatethose into well documented, comprehensive requirements.
• Continuously monitor recurring issues, system or data gaps, andprocess gaps to actively find opportunities for increasedefficiency and enhancements.
• Develop and maintain internal HRISstandard operating procedures (SOPs), and use those standards tocommunicate system functionality and processes.
• Collaborate withvendors and Information Security to participate in securityactivities for HR systems and other projects as the businessrequires.

Basic Requirements:

• Testing experience(both end-to-end and user acceptance)
