This is a fantasticopportunity for a proactive and accomplished recruitingprofessional who enjoys managing processes, building relationships,and contributing to a collaborative and fast-moving environment.
About you: 4 years of experience in a recruiting, legal recruiting,or HR coordination role Familiarity with attorney or legal staffrecruiting preferred Skilled at sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter andmanaging relationships with external recruiters Extremely organizedand confident juggling multiple calendars, trainings, and deadlinesComfortable interacting and collaborating with senior leadership Aclear communicator who brings a proactive, team-oriented mindsetInterested in a long-term growth path within HR or legal operationsAbout the job: Lead attorney and legal staff sourcing effortsthrough job postings, networking, LinkedIn Recruiter, and agencyoutreach Coordinate attorney onboarding and orientation, ensuring aseamless and professional experience Organize and manage incomingattorney and staff training schedules; update calendars andcommunicate with key stakeholders Assist with summer associateprograms and related event logistics Support general HR needs asthey arise – from administrative support to cross-functionalprojects Work closely with a strong manager who is eager to mentorand help this individual grow This is a permanent position payingup to $85,000 annually depending on experience, with a hybridschedule based out of the firm’s Philadelphia office.
