Your Impact :

The HRIS Analyst will play a key role in supporting the Human Resources department by performing a variety of analytical and administrative tasks related to HR processes, policies, and programs. The HR Analyst will collaborate closely with the HR team to ensure efficient and effective HR operations, compliance with employment laws and regulations, and the delivery of high-quality HR services to our employees. The HRIS Analyst is responsible for compiling, structuring, and analyzing human capital data to draw conclusions that help streamline all processes. In addition, they are responsible for ensuring that all managers within the organization stay updated on the status of queries, issues, and concerns by collecting relevant information as necessary. It is essential that all duties be performed with the highest level of integrity, supports Inglis Values and Standards of Excellence, and ensures compliance with regulatory agencies.?This position requires some travel and volunteer participation. What You’ll Do :
System Support:

Assist in the administration and maintenance of the HRIS, ensuring consistent data integrity. Collaborate with IT to troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly. Participate in the testing and implementation of HRIS updates.

Data Management and Reporting:

Maintain accurate employee records within the HRIS, performing regular data audits to ensure information is current and reliable. Generate standard and ad-hoc reports to support HR initiatives and decision-making processes. Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.

User Support and Training:

Provide first-level support to HRIS users, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to system functionality. Assist Learning & Development in developing user guides and training materials to enhance user proficiency with the HRIS. Conduct training sessions for new users and provide ongoing support as needed.

System Enhancements and Process Improvement:

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for system improvements and process automation. Document system configurations and processes to ensure clear and up-to-date procedural guidelines. When necessary, provide training to impacted stakeholders. Participate in the Change Control process with IT, Finance, and relevant stakeholders as HR’s representative of our ideas and identified opportunities for HRIS system and process improvements.

Compliance and Security:

Ensure HRIS practices comply with federal and state regulations, as well as company policies. Maintain data security protocols to protect sensitive employee information. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices.

What We’re Looking For :
Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. SHRM- CP or SCP preferred.??

Experience:

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in human resources or a similar analytical role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions. Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices. Proficiency in using HRIS and other HR systems Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity. Ability to interface and communicate effectively with leaders and all other functions in the Company. Excellent written and presentation skills . Pay Rate for this

Role :

$70k-$80k/
