Specialized Experience:
One year of specialized experience th equipped you with the particular competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position and is directly in or reled to this position. To qualify the GS-13 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military, or prive sector. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including time-in-grade (General Schedule (GS) positions only), time-after-competitive appointment, minimum qualificions, and any other regulory requirements by the cut-off/closing de of the announcement.
Creditable specialized experience includes:
- Providing recruitment and placement advisory services to managers and supervisors regarding federal civilian human resources and policies, regulions, processes, and procedures;
- Leading a team of HR Specialists performing federal civilian HR functions;
- Analyzing and completing Federal civilian recruitment and placement actions;
- Utilizing Human Resources Management principles, concepts, regulions, and practices in the areas of recruitment, placement, human resources qualificions standards, and automed personnel programs.
