Job Description

HR Generalist Magnetic Seal, LLC Warren, RI 02885 Magnetic Seal has an opportunity for a Human Resources Generalist to join our team! This will be an onsite role in Warren, Rhode Island. The Human Resources Generalist supports a range of HR functions including recruiting, benefits administration, employee relations, training, compliance, HR systems, onboarding, and talent management . This role fosters strong internal communication, promotes company values, and ensures adherence to employment laws and HR policies.

Key Responsibilities:
Internal Communication & Culture:

Promote company values, maintain integrity, and encourage strong employee relations.

Policy & Compliance:

Support fair HR practices and advise on employment laws.

Benefits Administration:

Assist with enrollments, wellness programs, and related payroll tasks.

Leave & Offboarding:

Coordinate unemployment and leave processes; conduct exit interviews and manage system access changes.

HR Systems:

Support employees with HRIS systems, maintain data integrity, and run audits.

Safety & Workers’ Compensation:

Support safety initiatives and assist workers’ compensation process.

Recruiting & Onboarding:

Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes.

Engagement & Recognition:

Organize employee engagement and community events.

Talent Development:

Implement training and coordinate performance appraisals.

Continuous Improvement:

Engage in professional development and process improvements.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field. Two (2) years HR experience (preferably in manufacturing). PHR certification preferred. Must be a U.S. citizen/permanent resident and local to RI. Knowledge of employment laws, benefits, FMLA, ADA, etc. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (ADP preferred). Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and act as an employee advocate. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented, and team-focused individual who can thrive in a dynamic environment while supporting all aspects of the HR function.

Job Type:
Full-time Pay:

$50,000.00 – $62,000.00 per year
