This role supports the business on a Tuesday-Saturday workweek. What is Feast & Fettle? Feast & Fettle is the fastest-growing meal delivery service in the Northeast—and that momentum comes from a team of smart, kind people who show up to build, not just keep up. We move with urgency, sweat the right details, and bring care to everything we touch. What began in 2016 as a private chef’s side hustle has grown into a company serving thousands of households, with a mission that’s both simple and deeply personal: to nourish everyday life . That mission shows up in every detail—from how we source ingredients and craft our weekly menus to the care we put into every delivery, and the trust we build with Members at their dinner tables. We care for our people like we care for our Members – with consistency, thoughtfulness, and high standards. We invest in our team because we know: when you’re supported, you can do your best work—and help us do ours. What does the People Team do at F&F? At Feast & Fettle, we believe that work can be a great experience. The mission of the People Team is to maximize the value every individual can both give to, and receive from, their time spent at work. We live that mission by creating an environment where people feel secure, respected, and equipped to do their best work. We believe in the dignity of work. We believe that a workplace can be a stabilizing and supportive force in a person’s life. And we believe our culture isn’t something we talk about—it’s something we build, one interaction at a time. The People Team does this by: Designing onboarding that reflects our standards and sets people up to succeed Building culture through trust, not performative moments Making feedback part of our fabric—not a one-time event Holding space and providing resources for real support when someone in our community needs it Translating our company values into everyday experience What You Own You support the day-to-day work that makes recruiting and onboarding feel seamless.
