New Client Onboarding Specialist 360 Case Management LLC Aiken, SC 29803 We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Medicaid Medicare Referral Onboarding Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating the onboarding process of referrals within our Medicaid and Medicare service lines, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and healthcare providers.
Description Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate and timely processing of referrals related to Medicaid, Medicare and Insurance programs. Guide new patients through the onboarding process, providing them with essential information regarding their benefits, rights, and responsibilities under the respective programs. Utilize electronic health records (EHR) and other software systems to manage referral documentation, track progress, and maintain up-to-date records. Communicate effectively with healthcare providers to verify patient eligibility for services covered by Medicaid and Medicare. Assist in resolving any issues or discrepancies related to referrals or patient enrollments promptly. Stay informed about changes in policies, regulations, and procedures associated with Medicaid and Medicare programs to ensure compliance. Educate patients on program requirements, available services, and support resources that may benefit them during their treatment journey. Participate in training sessions designed for new team members regarding best practices in referral management within the context of Medicaid and Medicare.
