JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for assisting staffing/HR department with clerical tasks as well as working as Field Nurse in times of need.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Schedule potential candidates for interviews Complete random drug screens for potential/current staff Inventory and stock office with supplies Notify staff of missing/expired documents for HR files Cover emergency nursing shifts with clients Travel within the Augusta/Aiken regional office parameter Organize staff files Conduct HHA new hire documentation training Other duties as applied
SCOPE:
Contributes to Augusta/Aiken staffing department Contacts and communicates with all departments within the company. No supervisory duties
REQUIRED EDUCATION
Valid Nursing license in GA and
SC, CPR, PPD
tests
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
1 year of healthcare/ direct patient care experience. Home health experience preferred. Exhibit extraordinary discretion, confidentiality, flexibility and willingness to work with our team. Excellent ability to multi-task and prioritize in a busy, fast-growth environment.
