We are currently seeking a Human Resources Generalist supporting our employee experience to join our amazing HR/People Team at LS3P. This position can sit in either Charleston, Raleigh, Greenville, or Charlotte . We work together every day to support a culture and employee experience at LS3P that we can all be proud of. This HR Generalist will focus on our employee experience to support the growth and development of our people as they move throughout their time at the firm. This position will support recruitment, onboarding, development, and the cultural health of our firm. This position will also strategize around process improvement and best practices for a firm with continuing talent growth. The ideal candidate for this role will bring skills in relationship building, strategic planning, and employee engagement. The LS3P People Team will benefit from a team player who has a collaborative approach to their work. Life:

Connect with our new hires at different touchpoints throughout their onboarding to provide direct People Team partnership and achieve a high level of new hire satisfaction and readiness Create and/or implement development programs for new employees, such as orientation, skills assessments, making mentoring connections, and other development programs to set up new hires with the knowledge and resources they need to be successful Research and analyze the various stages of the employee lifecycle using stay interviews, employee listening groups, trend analysis, and other research methods Contribute to other employee experience and engagement initiatives to support our people and our firm Collaborate with all members of the HR/People Team, including people operations, talent acquisition, and learning & development Provide recruiting support for non-technical positions (i.e., for our Business teams or office administration positions) Discover your areas of interest and work with talented mentors Support communication between employees, the People Team, and office leadership Provide HR Business Partnership to the firm’s other business teams and to the leadership throughout our 12 offices Play an integral part in each of our employee’s engagement and success Your Strengths as a

HR Generalist :

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. Strong relationship building skills. Competent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate. Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. General knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the firm’s HR systems and talent management processes.

What You Bring To The Table:

An Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business, or related field is preferred 5+ years of experience in human resources or related field required; experience with interpersonal relationships and relationship building required SHRM-CP or PHR certification a plus.
