We focus on patient advocacy and patient engagement and advise our clients on establishing partnerships with regional, national, and global nonprofit organizations to advance patient-centered healthcare policies and practice.
Foundational Skills and Experience:
6+ years’ HR experience in a business environment; 2+ years in a professional services environment. HRCI and/or SHRM Certification preferred. Proven track record building trust and partnerships with management and employees. Experience designing successful employee programs (onboarding, internship, recruiting, PTO, etc.) Exceptional EQ and judgement; able to anticipate situational nuances and potential consequences. A “big picture” thinker; able to plan proactively and operate creatively. Strong project management skills with the ability to track multiple projects and juggle tasks effectively. Dedicated to producing quality, and error-free deliverables and well-thought-out programs and initiatives.
Core Responsibilities:
Manage the full life cycle of talent acquisition – Creating JDs and recs, sourcing, screening, coaching hiring managers on behavioral interviewing, managing the interview process, reference checks, offer negotiations. Design and manage a progressive on-boarding program. Propose design, implement and maintain other people programs as needed. Manage employee relations, including coaching, performance issues, conflict resolution. Partner with HR consultant if risk situations arise. Oversee enhancements to employee performance management, including feedback, goalsetting, and development targets, promotions, performance concerns. Manage staff professional development, including working closely with the Management Team to plan employee training programs and other staff development opportunities. Perform regular check-ins with CEO, COO and department heads regarding staffing, professional development & trainings, recruitment & new hires, employee relations issues, etc. Manage the HRIS, ATS and Performance Management system (currently Bamboo). Manage federal and state compliance requirements. Support benefits broker and occasionally serve as employee/broker liaison. Maintain employee handbook, ensuring policies are current and compliant.
Hours:
Part-time, approximately 16-20 per week, schedule to be discussed
Pay:
$50,000-$65,000 per year. Please note that this part time position is not eligible for health or vacation benefits.
