Position Summary:
- The Human Resources (HR) professional will play a key role in supporting a variety of HR functions including employee relations, onboarding, record-keeping, benefits coordination, and policy compliance. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
- + Support the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department + Coordinate new hire onboarding, including background checks, drug screens, orientation, and benefits enrollment + Assist with the administration of company policies and procedures + Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR files + Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits + Assist with employee engagement initiatives and internal communications + Monitor compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws + Help coordinate training sessions and development programs + Provide administrative support for HR leadership as needed •
Preferred Qualifications:
- + •1-3 years•of experience in a Human Resources or administrative support role + Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field + Familiarity with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) + Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills + Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion •Why Work With Olsten Staffing?

Pay Details:
- $20.
00 to $25.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
