Position Summary:
The Human Resources (HR) professional will play a key role in supporting a variety of HR functions including employee relations, onboarding, record-keeping, benefits coordination, and policy compliance. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, with hours between 8:00 AM
- 5:00 PM
Position Type:
Full-time, temporary-to-permanent opportunity (depending on performance and business needs)
Compensation:
Competitive pay, based on experience and qualifications

Key Responsibilities:
Support the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department
Coordinate new hire onboarding, including background checks, drug screens, orientation, and benefits enrollment
Assist with the administration of company policies and procedures
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR files
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits
Assist with employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
Monitor compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
Help coordinate training sessions and development programs
Provide administrative support for HR leadership as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in a Human Resources or administrative support role
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Familiarity with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

Pay Details:
$20.00 to $25.00 per hour
