This role assists in training, policy interpretation, and implementation of best practices in resident care.

Responsibilities:

Oversee scheduling of Care Staff to ensure adequate staffing levels and adherence to budgeted hours. Participates in on call rotation as assigned Assists with the orientation and training of care staff including conducting competency checks and ensuring annual training requirements are met Assists with coordinating work assignments for care staff Attend daily stand-up meetings and contribute to the discussion on resident care and staffing needs Collaborate with the management team to ensure quality and consistency in service delivery

Requirements:
