With more than 110 attorneys, we encompass a broad spectrum of transactional and litigation practice areas for large corporations, small businesses, and governmental entities. We currently have an opening in Florence, South Carolina for a Receptionist/Courier.
Candidate should have at least 3 years’ experience. Provide administrative support to attorneys and staff. The candidate should have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment as well as be organized, detailed oriented and have a strong work ethic. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Required skills include managing a multi-line phone system for a busy office, professionally greet and provide customer service to all callers and visitors, maintaining the calendar for conference room reservations and perform other administrative duties as assigned, requested, or needed. Other duties include delivering packages and documents to various locations efficiently and on time and maintain accurate records of deliveries.
