Coordinate and manage the employee onboarding and offboarding process Administer payroll, benefits, and timekeeping systems accurately and on schedule Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies Support recruitment efforts including job postings, screening, and interview scheduling Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and assist with conflict resolution
Qualifications:
Prior experience in human resources, payroll, or administrative support (construction industry experience is a plus) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Familiarity with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred but not required Why Join Us?
