      Mon & Fri Remote, Tues – Thurs in office

    • Primary Purpose:
    • As part of the Human Resources Operations Services Team, the Human Resources Operations Specialist will support HR, business and functional leaders and employees across the US, Canada while also supporting global colleagues.

    The position is responsible for efficiently and accurately handling a variety of HR transactions, providing excellent customer service support and project leadership & support to the organization as needed. This role will interact with other HR functional areas to support work and integration such as: Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Recruitment, Learning & Development, Compliance, Employee Relations and other enterprise functions. The position reports into the HR Operations Supervisor and is located in Greenville, SC.

    • Job Responsibilities:
    • + Supporting HR Operational Services team projects including but not limited to acquisitions, divestitures, and cross-functional initiatives.

    + Serving as Project Leader [KT1] for initiatives, including enhancement work, functional improvements, training, and cross-functional efforts. + Independently managing [KT2] projects or workstreams involving HRBPs, COEs, IT, Finance, and other functions. Present findings, solutions, oversee [KT3] testing, communication, training, implementation, and conduct meetings as required. + Prioritizing tasks and manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines and handle multiple responsibilities + Articulating project goals, expectations, and updates to team members and stakeholders to ensure projects stay on track + Being flexible and open to changes, adjusting project plans as needed to accommodate new information or shifting priorities + Being familiar with the functionality of the various HR systems and modules necessary to assist in maintaining accurate records on all employees. + Efficiently and accurately entering, maintaining & validating human resources transactions in SuccessFactors (Client’s HCM system) and other HR systems as required. Transactions may include onboarding new hires, separations, unemployment claims, employment verifications, and other employee life-cycle tasks/documentation + Generating and amending employment documentation to ensure compliance with state, federal, and local requirements. + Maintaining strict confidentiality of employee data and transactions. + Ensuring timely resolution of tickets, emails, escalations & general inquiries in accordance with policies, procedures and the service model/agreement + Responsible for employee data loads & imports to support mass changes in partnership with HR IT + Utilizing system knowledge to understand business processes, identify gaps, opportunities, & system enhancements. Appropriately document & communicate suggestions to the team. Support implementation of approved improvements. + Collaborating with HR teammates (HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, and HR Operational Services) to foster effective relationships and create a positive system and process improvements.

    • Qualifications:
    • + High School Diploma or equivalent, but a college degree in Business, HR or a related field preferred + Previous HRIS systems support experience (SuccessFactors strongly preferred) + Minimum 1 year experience in HR + Excellent verbal, written and organizational skills + Must be proficient in Power Point and have exceptional Excel skills including V lookups and pivot tables + Experience leading projects + Ability to manage multiple priorities + Proven organizational skills with high attention to detail + Exceptional time management; proactive, with a strong sense of urgency + Proven ability to perform under pressure and under tight deadlines + Customer service/ customer-facing skills + Demonstrated ability to excel in a fast paced, team environment + Analytical and troubleshooting skills •Apply Today•to be considered for this •Hybrid HR Operational Services Specialist•job and any other positions with Adecco •.
