Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced HR Specialist to join our dynamic team in the manufacturing sector. This position plays a vital role in supporting our operations by managing end-to-end human resources processes, with a focus on recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance. Ideal candidates will have prior HR experience within the manufacturing or chemical industry , and a strong understanding of South Carolina labor laws .

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the recruitment process for factory and operational staff. Oversee onboarding, employee orientation, and training programs. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide support for employee development. Administer payroll processes and ensure timely salary disbursements. Maintain compliance with federal and state labor regulations. Support the Factory Director with additional HR-related duties as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 3 years of hands-on HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or chemical environment. Solid knowledge of South Carolina labor laws and HR best practices. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Preference will be given to candidates residing near our South Carolina factory.
