Capital Vacations is searching for a Human Resources Generalist who will assist the Human Resources department in all clerical, payroll duties, and other projects assigned.

Principle Duties:

Illustrative activities performed included but not limited to setting up files on all new personnel and conducting concise orientation with new hires to explain company policies and benefits; recording changes on all employee status as necessary; processing and recording employee information.
Compiles and maintains personnel records.
Examines employee files to answer inquiries and provides information to authorized personnel.
Compiles data and prepares reports.
Processes all data received for payroll to be submitted to current payroll provider.
Prepare and file reports to payroll provider of accidents and injuries.
Data entry of new hire employees (personnel information, time clock number, time edits, manager access, and time sheets), data entry of current employees (change in personnel records, time edits, manager access, and time sheets) pertaining to the Time Clock Manager.
All other duties as assigned.
