Position Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Bilingual Human Resources Generalist to support key functions of our HR team, with a primary focus on onboarding, interviews, candidate intake, and new hire processing and training. This role plays a critical part in creating a smooth and engaging experience for new employees and supports overall hiring operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and conduct new hire onboarding and orientation programs.
Assist in scheduling and facilitating interviews with hiring managers.
Conduct intake meetings to gather role requirements and candidate profiles.
Ensure timely and accurate completion of new hire paperwork and HRIS entries.
Deliver training sessions on company policies, procedures, and culture.
Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to support a seamless hiring process.
Maintain accurate employee records and support compliance with HR policies.
Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding and training-related inquiries.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in human resources, recruiting, or related support role.
Strong understanding of onboarding and training best practices.
