Perks of working with Volt Work with a GREAT Team No day is the same Work with leading clients Change peoples lives As a Onsite Staffing Coordinator you will: The Onsite Coordinator will be responsible for handling all daily tasks, including payroll issues, follow up with no-call no-shows, manage disciplinary actions per the company’s policies and procedures, manage injuries and violations. The candidate will have good knowledge of safety principles, be organized with close attention to detail, and provide exceptional customer service to both the client and Volt employees. Manage all attendance and punctuality for temporary employees. Manage temporary employees through leadership and professionalism. Recruit and source new employees Ability to closely follow up with all worker’s compensation and injury events. Manage timekeeping program that is used to keep track of employee hours. Maintain daily trackers. Constant updating employee database. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Upbeat can-do personality Able to multi-task in a fast-moving environment This is a Third Shift Full-time opportunity. The ideal Onsite Staffing Coordinator candidate will have: Experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources background. Must have a minimum of 2 years of similar experience Strong knowledge of MS Office, specifically Excel. Proven ability to deliver and achieve results in a fast paced, dynamic environment. Must be well-organized with the ability to prioritize and attention to detail. Ability to problem solve with solid communication and interpersonal skills. Works well under pressure.

Pay Rate:

$23.00 – $26.00 depending on experience. •Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate’s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Qualified candidates should
