We are looking for teammates who are: Committed to customer service and interested in helping othersOrganized, detail-oriented, and capable of gathering and analyzing dataSelf-motivated, eager to take initiative, efficient with their time, and capable of independently prioritizing tasksKnown for possessing the highest degree of integrity and professionalismWhat you will do: As the Recruitment Coordinator you will assist with the Department of Revenue’s employment and recruitment program.
Primary job duties include: Creating job posting drafts, vacancy announcements, and job advertisements.
Monitoring applicant pools and screening applications to be forwarded to hiring managers.
Responding to information requests from selected candidates, management, outside agencies, and the general public.
Sending assessments to candidates and the results to hiring managers.
Maintaining the Employment and Recruitment email proxy boxes.
Assisting with maintaining recruitment-related statistical data.
Supporting the dual employment program and reviewing request for dual employment.
Assisting with career fairs and other special projects.
Maintaining the resume database and initiating contact with prospective applicants.
EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
Either:
A bachelor’s degree and relevant experience. ORRelevant experience or education may be substituted on a year-for-year basis with an approved equivalence by the Division of State Human Resources (DSHR). Academic degrees must be from an accredited institution of higher learning
And:
A valid driver’s license

Training:
As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will participate in on-the-job training to ensure you have the knowledge and skills to successfully perform your job.
Hours:
Flexible hours may be available from 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., Monday – Friday (37.5 hours per week).
Telework schedule:
This position may be eligible to work remotely up to two days per week.
