The ideal candidate will have experience in recruiting, payroll administration, and handling new hire documentation and orientation. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employee relations, and legal compliance is essential. Additionally, the candidate should be skilled in maintaining accurate employee records, providing HR support, and assisting with performance reviews and employee concerns.
