Description Position Summary:
The Human Resources Analyst plays a critical role in developing, implementing, and managing all HR functions. Under the direction of the Finance Director, this position will build out the HR infrastructure, manage employee processes, ensure policy compliance, and support organizational growth through streamlined HR systems and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Develop and maintain job descriptions, pay scales, and performance evaluations. + Manage new hire onboarding, payroll processing, and PTO tracking. + Oversee recruitment efforts and HR-related risk management. + Conduct annual performance review process and maintain personnel files. + Ensure compliance with federal and state HR regulations. + Maintain accurate documentation and administer HR-related systems and tools.
Requirements Qualifications:

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field preferred +
Experience:
Proven experience in developing and implementing HR systems and procedures. +
Skills:
Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and adaptable to new software systems. Must handle sensitive information with discretion.
