We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HRIS Specialist to join our HRIS team. This role will focus on the support for administration, maintenance, and optimization of our HRIS, specifically ADP Workforce Now (WFN), and ADP WFM. The HRIS Specialist will collaborate with the HR System Administrator to support HR processes, enhance data integrity, and provide analytical insights to drive decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update the Workforce Now (WFN) HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and integrity Collaborate with HR teams to understand system needs and propose solutions that enhance user experience and streamline processes Generate and analyze HR reports to provide insights on workforce trends, turnover, and other key metrics Assist in the implementation of system upgrades and new functionalities, coordinating testing and user training Troubleshoot HRIS issues and serve as a point of contact for user inquiries Document HRIS processes, guidelines, and training materials for users Stay current on HRIS best practices and industry trends to recommend improvements Support data migration and integration efforts between HRIS and other organizational systems Write SOPs and job aids to ensure consistent and efficient HRIS processes Conduct live training sessions for HRIS users to enhance their understanding and usage of the system Process HR tickets and manage the administration of the ticketing system
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field 2+ years of experience in HRIS administration or related role Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now (WFN) and ADP Workforce Manager, Strong analytical skills with experience in data reporting and analysis Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with HR and other departments Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
