• Columbia, SC) The Workforce Analytics Specialist will leverage data for analyzing HR metrics, identifying trends, and developing data-driven solutions for HR and the organization. What you’ll do

• Data Analysis:

  Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights

• Reporting:

  Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics

• Project Management:

  Support HR projects related to people analytics, ensuring timely and accurate delivery

• Collaboration:

  Work closely with HR, IT, and other departments to ensure data integrity and consistency

• Predictive Analytics:

  Utilize predictive modeling techniques to forecast workforce trends

• Data Governance:

  Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and maintain high standards of data quality and security What you’ll need

• A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. A Master’s degree in a related field is preferred
• 1-2 years experience in HR analytics, data analysis, or a related role or the equivalent combination of experience, education, and on the job or formal training
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI) and HRIS systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data analysis and reporting
• Ability to synthesize large quantities of quantitative and qualitative data, recognize trends, tie back to business priorities
• High proficiency in business insight and data analytics
