Job Description
Description We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team in Maryville, Tennessee. In this role, you will provide comprehensive HR support, including employee relations, payroll, compliance, and benefits administration. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by fostering a positive work culture and ensuring HR processes run seamlessly.
Responsibilities:
- Administer employee benefits programs, ensuring accurate enrollment and effective communication of offerings.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving workplace issues professionally.
- Oversee payroll processing for a workforce of 101-500 employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws and company policies.
- Manage hiring processes, including job postings, candidate selection, and interview coordination.
- Facilitate onboarding programs to integrate new hires effectively into the organization.
- Utilize Paycom software to manage HR functions and maintain accurate employee records.
- Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures to both employees and management.

- At least 2 years of experience in a human resources role, demonstrating a strong understanding of HR functions.
- Proficiency in payroll processing for mid-sized organizations (101-500 employees).
- Familiarity with Paycom or similar HR management software.
- Solid knowledge of employee benefits administration and compliance requirements.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive employee matters.
- Experience managing hiring processes, including recruitment and onboarding.
- Understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high levels of organization and attention to detail.
