Job Summary and Qualifications The HR Business Analyst is responsible for supporting the AVP, HR Strategy & Planning in monitoring the achievement of HR programmatic goals and planning for annual HR activities. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, metrics reporting, analytics, budget forecasting and reconciliation, and the management of HR projects. What you will do in this role: Measure program/project effectiveness by reviewing and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data and comparing results against expected program or project objectives. Support the execution and tracking of the annual HR strategic plan Support the HR Project Managers in running HR projects; maintain and update detailed project plans, schedule meetings, route deliverables, obtain management sign-offs, and provide status reports Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite What qualifications you will need: Bachelors Degree required 5+ years of experience in HR experience Required Project Management Training Preferred MS Project Software Preferred Human Resources Group empowers our people to grow and give purpose to the HCA Healthcare culture.
